General conditions of use of the site and the services offered
The user information collected via the www.fdi-access.com website (hereinafter referred to as “the site”) such as, in particular, the URL of the links through which the user accessed the FDI site, the access provider of the user, the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the user, the contact details and the name of the user, etc., are intended to be processed by FDI, the data controller, for the purposes of browsing the site, for any request for information, and, where applicable, for the delivery of certain FDI services. This processing is based on the legitimate interest of FDI’s in the management of its relations with customers and prospects.
The information marked with an asterisk in the forms is mandatory in order to process users’ requests. If it is not provided, a request cannot be taken into account.
The data is only communicated internally within the FDI customer service, marketing/commerce service and communication departments.
The data is accessible to FDI‘s subcontractors (in particular for the purposes of hosting the website or analysing data). Subcontractors act according to the instructions of FDI, and are required to implement appropriate protection measures for this personal data.
The user’s personal data will be kept at most:
- For a period of 3 years from the date of collection f no contract is concluded:
- In the event that a contract or an order is concluded, throughout the contractual period and then kept in an intermediate archive for a period corresponding to the possible warranty period, if any, plus the applicable legal limitation period (5 years in most cases).
- For a period of 6 months from their implementation/creation in the case of cookies.
In accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, the user has:
- A right of access, rectification and portability of information concerning him/her;
- A right of limitation, erasure and objection for legitimate reasons to the processing of their data;
- The possibility of transmitting directives to FDI in order to organise the fate of the data concerning him/her (conservation, erasure, communication to a third party, etc.) in the event of death;
- The user can exercise these rights by writing to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
However, the user is warned that his opposition to processing may, in practice and depending on the case, have an impact or make it impossible to take into account a request for information or use of the services offered on the site.
The user also has a right of appeal to a national supervisory authority such as the National Commission for Computing and Liberties in the event of violation of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data and, in particular, of European Regulation No. 2016-679.
Hypertext links and cookies
The site of the FDI company contains a number of hypertext links to other sites, set up with the authorisation of the FDI company. However, the FDI company does not have the possibility to verify the content of the sites thus visited, and will therefore not assume any responsibility for this fact.

What is a cookie?
