From November 24 to November 28, 2022, FDI participated in Industry Week

On the occasion of the Industry Week, FDI opened its doors to different establishments to discover its businesses, challenges and infrastructures. It is an opportunity to attract new talent, recruit young workers and make them aware of the modern, innovative and committed industry of the future.

Industry Week: raising young people’s awareness of industrial issues and recruiting

Since 2011, Industry Week has been promoting industrial companies by offering educational and discovery events:

  • Company visits,
  • Job datings,
  • Job fairs,
  • Web conferences,
  • Interventions in classrooms,
  • Exhibitions,
  • Etc.

Each year, this event promotes the industrial sector, gender diversity and the place of women within the various sectors.

In 2022, more than 4,500 events were held during Industry Week, 1,000 of which were organized to raise awareness among young people and promote gender diversity in industrial jobs. The Industry Week represented more than 1.6 million participants.
