Year in review and festive spirit

FDI’s traditional winter evening was held in a warm and festive atmosphere. Every year, this event brings all our employees together to close the past year and open a new page, by presenting future projects and prospects. The evening was marked by moments of recognition, thanks and celebration, reinforcing the team spirit and shared values within the company.

A moment of recognition and assessment

The main aim of this winter evening was to thank our employees for their unstinting commitment throughout the year. Looking back on the highlights of the last few months, management presented a review of the past year, highlighting collective successes and the efforts made by everyone to achieve objectives. It was also an opportunity to discuss strategic projects and ambitions for the year ahead, in a spirit of commitment and transparency.

A highlight of the evening was the presentation of long-service awards to some twenty employees, honored for their loyalty and commitment to FDI over more than 20 years. A well-deserved medal for these employees who have helped shape the company’s history and success.

A tropical Christmas and memorable karaoke

After the time of recognition, it’s time to celebrate! This year, FDI chose an original, sunny theme: Christmas in the tropics. The colorful and festive decorations transported the participants into an exotic atmosphere, far from winter.

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the karaoke. In a relaxed, good-humored atmosphere, employees lent themselves to the game, giving free rein to their creativity and enthusiasm. It was an evening of laughter, singing and sharing that strengthened the bonds between the teams.

A federating event

The winter evening is an important event for FDI, demonstrating the attention we pay to the cohesion and fulfillment of our employees. This shared moment illustrates the values of a company that places people at the heart of its priorities, while reinforcing everyone’s commitment to the challenges ahead.
