The iPassan software allows you to control equipment or assets for residents, employees or visitors.
Via a dedicated web portal, users or managers have the possibility to: reserve a room, a tennis court, a coworking space, parking spaces for visitors or equipment.
From the moment the reservation is confirmed, automatically the authorisations to the doors and floors concerned for the reservation period are received by the visitors.
Depending on the programming, access to assets is via badges, free access or a combination of the following: free access after a manager has logged in.
Multiple advanced features are possible, such as managing relays before the start of the booking, after, x minutes before or after the end. This becomes very useful in order to turn on/off a heater or dim a light.
One FD-050-097 activation card is required per site, regardless of the number of bookable properties.
